Quality Analyst

Coimbatore, India

Educational Qualifications : Any Graduate, BSc, BE, B-Tech, Must Have: Knowledge of quality tools, Data Analysis, Green Belt/Yellow Belt Certified

Experience : 2+ years

Responsibilities :

Conducting RCA meeting
Feedback and improvement plans/suggestions
Various analysis reports
Conduct refresher trainings
Preparation of Sampling plan
Sample auditing report and feedback
Experience in backend process (Non-Voice)
Attention to details
Conduct process knowledge test
New hire training plan and progress report

Skills Desired :

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills (Written, Verbal, Comprehension)
Data interpretation
Presentation skills
Interpersonal skills
