QUALITY ANALYST

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing market research reports to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to company standards. You will work closely with researchers and analysts to make necessary corrections based on audits or research proofs.

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing and analysing mystery audit reports submitted by field auditors to ensure adherence to company standards, client requirements, and evaluation criteria.

* Conducting thorough assessments of audit data, including observations, findings, and recommendations, to identify inconsistencies, errors, or discrepancies.

* Verifying the accuracy and completeness of audit documentation, including photos, receipts, and supporting evidence, to validate audit findings.

* Collaborating with the audit operations team to address any discrepancies or discrepancies identified during quality reviews, providing feedback and guidance to ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

* Developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, checklists, and guidelines to standardize the auditing process and improve overall quality control.

* Providing training and support to field auditors on quality standards, evaluation criteria, and best practices for conducting mystery audits.

* Generating regular reports and insights on audit quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement to management and relevant stakeholders.

* Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

Requirements:

-          Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field

-          Proven experience as an editor, preferably in the field of market research or a related industry

-          Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail

-          Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style conventions

-          Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

-          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other editing software
