· Check if all details are in accordance with the audio files
· Make necessary amendments/corrections in files to meet maximum accuracy
· Ensure Quality Standard
· Ensure work assigned to team are completed within TAT
· Grade the documents and provide effective feedback
Required Skills:
· To work efficiently as individuals and also as team
· Attention to detail
· Must be hard working, dedicated, zeal for learning, positive attitude
· Self starter with requirement of minimal direction
