Job Description

Job Responsibilities:- Understand project requirements.
- Writing Test Cases/Use Cases, Preparing Test Data.- To bring a concept to life using Automation Tools.
- On time delivery 
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time through continual improvement.
- Quality Benchmark 
- Ensure that the project is delivered with best quality and with minimal bugs.
- Establish and promote Test design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ensuring effective and timely communication with the project stakeholders and team members.
- Process Compliance.
Job Requirements:- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life-Cycle and best practices.
- Should have knowledge of an agile development cycle.
- Working side by side with our technical staff who program our products
- Working along with analysts who develop the blueprints for the design of the products
- Educating staff on changes within the software and creating documentation specific to testing scenarios
- At least 2 + years of working knowledge in Automation Testing is must.
- Must be familiar with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, SQLserver.
- Strong knowledge of writing Test Cases and Tracking Bugs in Bug tracking tool.
- Strong knowledge of Writing SQL queries.
- Must be able to understand requirements and make efficient Test Plan, independently as well as work jointly with the team.
