The role involves scrutinizing footage, identifying suspicious activities, and flagging incidents promptly to clients. Your keen attention to detail and ability to take swift action will play a critical role in ensuring the  reliability of our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor video alerts generated by the solution.
• Evaluate footage to identify and verify suspicious incidents.
• Flag potential security concerns or anomalies to the clients immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of flagged incidents and actions taken.
• Collaborate with the technical and support teams to optimize video alert accuracy.
• Adhere to established quality and reporting standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to quickly interpret actions and behaviors from video footage.
• Proactive and decisive in identifying and flagging suspicious activities.
• Good communication skills to provide clear and timely updates to clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring continuous monitoring.
• Previous experience in quality control, video monitoring, or related fields is a plus.
