Job Responsibilities:

To analyze the incoming raw materials bulk product, finish product on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography.

To analyze the incoming raw materials bulk product, finish product on Gas Chromatography.

To analyze samples for stability study as per stability protocols.

To analyze samples for cleaning validation/hold time study as per protocols.

Technology transfer for new products launched at the factory.

All other work that may be assigned by Q.C.In-charge from time to time.

Raw material report review.

Working standard preparation and maintained.

All Instrument calibration with records.

Preparation of volumetric solution & standardization, Re -standardization.

Environmental Condition Monitoring.

Preparation of limit test solution and indicator solution.

Analysis of water content of raw material.

Maintain of GLP in quality control Department.

Prepare and review of SOP

Maintain the Stability study record.

To analyze the incoming packing material

To analyze the water /swab as per SOP.

Communication to the public testing lab.

Maintain the instrument calibration records as per calibration schedule.

Prepare the specifications , sampling instruction, test methods and other Quality Control Procedures

Review and verification of Raw material, packing material, bulk product and finish product report.
