Job Description

  • Knowledge of stage wise inspection of fabricated items such as pressure vessels /heat exchangers, tanks, piping components as per asme, api, ansi codes.
  • Preparation of inspection reports coordination with third party inspection agencies
  • Knowledge of non-destructive examination technique.
  • establishing quality standards, quality plans and implementing the same to enhance quality of products.
  • Conducting regular quality checks on raw material, process and finished products.
  • Conducting regular audits on process and plant operations.
  • Highlight deviations to the concerned department and management for taking appropriate remedial action.
  • To define and document quality systems for the Organization.
