Knowledge of stage wise inspection of fabricated items such as pressure vessels /heat exchangers, tanks, piping components as per asme, api, ansi codes.
Preparation of inspection reports coordination with third party inspection agencies
Knowledge of non-destructive examination technique.
establishing quality standards, quality plans and implementing the same to enhance quality of products.
Conducting regular quality checks on raw material, process and finished products.
Conducting regular audits on process and plant operations.
Highlight deviations to the concerned department and management for taking appropriate remedial action.
To define and document quality systems for the Organization.
