What You Will Do

Your role as Quality Engineer requires you to be the gateway between Engineering, Operations and the Manufacturing Partner (EMS)
Work with the Engineering and Operations teams to build scalable and sustainable processes and control systems and guide ION Energy achieve six sigma reliability in electronics manufacturing
Ensure that the requirements shared by engineering team to the Procurement team is complete, version controlled and clear in terms of expectations from the EMS
Prepare quality management systems to be followed internally as well as at the EMS
Conduct audits at the EMS to ensure they are meeting ION Energy's Quality Standards
Drive the initiative to achieve ISO 9001 quality standards

This Is You

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferable Electronics Engineering)
4+ years of experience as Quality Engineer with Automotive or Electronic Manufacturing Companies
Experience of Automotive Electronics Supply, Electronics Manufacturing, Quality Management, PPM Control
Should have directly worked with or managed the work of electronics manufacturing
Should have worked with processes which would build to reduce the PPM for an Electronics component supplier
Great written and verbal communication skills
