QA/QC is being properly maintained.
Ensure timely closure of QDR, Non-conformance Reports,
Deviations, etc by PMC / EPC Contractor
Carry out random physical inspections at site along with
Owner/PMC concerned personnel to ensure that QA/QC
systems are in being implemented.
Conduct Quality review meetings with PMC and EPC
contractor.
Monitoring of QA/QC related KPI at site and focus on
continual improvement in Quality Aspects.
Conduct surveillance at site to look for all
processes/procedures are being followed by EPC/PMC.
