Implement Company Quality Manual, Project specific Quality Plan and inspection and test
plans.
Analysis of part Defects and improvement with manufacturing team.
Testing of products as per customer and product requirements.
Attaining customer complaints and closure for the same.

Analyzing the product & process performance using 7Qc tools.
Develop & Implement the quality department's strategy to ensure it meets the business
requirements customer deliverables, as well as ensure the departmental performance
against goals
Responsible for Overall plant quality from process to final customer complaints.
Responsible for Approval of visit of Newly Developed Component.
Prepare quality report month wise & rejection trend Charts.
Reporting the performance of the QMS to management through management review
meeting.
Collection and analysis of MIS data for MRM.
