Role and Responsibilities

·      Inspection of all Plastic materials & Lumber across all warehouses and ensure zero revenue loss

·      Building Quality Control teams across regions

·      To execute production activity at the vendor location as per the forecast provided by the procurement team.

·      To visit vendor site/warehouse and carry out inspection of all pallets prior to dispatch of every lot.

·      To carry out inspection of all raw material like lumber, nails & paint that is majority used for pallet production.

To check lumber planning and ensure timely availability of lumber stocks at the vendor site.

Qualifications- B.Tech /B.Sc./Dip Engr/ITI (Mech/Polymer/Prod/ Material Sc.)

Preferred Skills

• Should be willing to work long hours
• AQL Inspection, Testing, 5S, QC Tools, CAPA, Kaizen, Audit, Analytical skill, SOP Preparation, MS Office etc.
• Honest, Smart, Industrious, Attention to details, Technical Solving aptitude, Good communication, Punctual etc.
