Work with International clients Excellent spoken and written English Experience in setting up quality control for BPO process Experience in setting up reports for quality control and manage the quality Experience in building quality control teams and establishing quality processes Excellent listening and answering skills Any diploma, UG or PG degree What would be your responsibilities? Work only with International clients Get trained on customer's product or service Build quality control infrastructure (process, people and reporting) Work with the client to deliver quality service Train and manage quality control staff Develop good relationship with clients Meet client expectations Take responsibility and ownership of your team and its growth Ability to work in a fast growth environment What can you expect from Integra?
