Job Description

  • Daily Visit to Site’s Based on Customer Requirement and status to be updated. 
  • Inspection / sorting traceability verification, Daily Work report to be updated.
  • Assignment file follow-up. 
  • Proper tracker to be followed for customer parts and customer tools/Test kits etc. 
  • Site requirements stock status & further requirements 
  • Be the customer representative and represent the operations to the customer. 
  • Keep the team informed about customer requirements and keep customer portals updated.
  • Manage activities to satisfy customer needs (Reduce Customer complaints).
  • Negotiate with the customer to eliminate complaints. 
  • Perform product and process audits at customer site. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, seek continuous customer feedback
