Daily Visit to Site’s Based on Customer Requirement and status to be updated.
Inspection / sorting traceability verification, Daily Work report to be updated.
Assignment file follow-up.
Proper tracker to be followed for customer parts and customer tools/Test kits etc.
Site requirements stock status & further requirements
Be the customer representative and represent the operations to the customer.
Keep the team informed about customer requirements and keep customer portals updated.
Manage activities to satisfy customer needs (Reduce Customer complaints).
Negotiate with the customer to eliminate complaints.
Perform product and process audits at customer site.
Ensure customer satisfaction, seek continuous customer feedback
