Job Description:
  • Validation on maintenance & closings performed on consumer and business banking accounts
  • Validation of various regulatory documents remitted to the customers
  • Expected to document the authentication steps for all the activities handled within team, review standard operating procedures on a periodical basis and ensue amendment process whenever required 
  • Ensure that all witnessed defects are chronicled and conversed as per standard operating procedures
  • Required necessary follow up with the individual to ensure defects are fixed within stipulated timeframe
  • Ensure that all assigned activities are completed as per standard operating procedure and within the stipulated timeframe
  • Ensure all the reports are rolled out to management on time
  • Expected to perform root cause analysis on regular basis on the defects obtained by the team
  • Expected to meet all the goals/metrics defined for the process
  • Adhere to all the Audit/compliance policies applicable to process
  • Ensure all exceptions, involving deviation from Standard Operating Procedures or inability to process the work within turnaround time is escalated to supervisor/Manager

  • Graduates, preferably in Commerce - Preferably having first class pass percentage
  • Work experience 12-36 months, preferably in back office/financial service industry
  • Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications particularly Excel Soft Skills
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Customer Focus and Service Oriented mindset
  • Ability to collaborate, partner and work in a team environment
  • Aptitude for identifying Process improvement opportunities
  • Candidates should be flexible to work in night shifts (timings might vary according to process requirements)
