You will be dealing with All Quality Related Work. Should have good communication skill and should be able to handle work pressure.
Duties:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality control standards, procedures, and protocols to ensure products meet or exceed regulatory and customer requirements.
Lead and manage the quality control team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation to ensure a competent and effective workforce.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Develop and manage the quality control budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support quality initiatives and objectives.
Facilitate internal and external quality audits, including preparing necessary documentation, guiding auditors, and addressing any findings to maintain compliance with industry standards and certifications.
Analyze quality control data, using statistical process control tools, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and the effectiveness of quality interventions.
Establish and maintain communication channels with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components, including conducting supplier audits and evaluations.
Implement and oversee environmental and safety standards in the quality control process to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with environmental regulations.
