Job Responsibility:
· Responsible for product Quality.
· Preparation of Quality line system
· Responsible for handling customer complaint.
· Initial on customer complaint.
· Maintain all relevant Quality Records
· Training activity for QA department.
· Selection and Implement sampling plan for inspection.
· Monitor supplier Quality System.
· Maintain customer approved samples.
