Main accountabilities: (Briefly describe the position’s main accountabilities) Measurement criteria (quantitative a/o qualitative output) Maps and analyses the processes, accordingly developing and updating the internal documental system. Collaborates with the Quality Manager in the Quality System maintenance, keeping it aligned with ISO9001 and other Customers standards. Successful certification and customers audits Supports the training activities for all the interested figures on the Quality System, its improvements, new processes/procedures implementation and any relevant Customer or legal updates, fostering employees awareness and involvement in the Quality area. Training hours as trainer Supports the internal auditing process, acting as auditor and producing the relevant audit documents and reports. Audit plan execution Actively cooperates in the Nonconformities, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions implementation and management and in the improvement activities, with special focus on the related records issue and filing. Number of formalized activities According to Quality Manager indications, produces periodical statistical analysis and reports based on Quality System KPIs trends. Timely reporting
