Job Description

  •  Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. 
  • Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. 
  •  Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. 
  • Prepare the services (Agreement / Work Order) of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project. 
  •  Measure and value the work (Quantity Surveying) done on site. 
  • Verify the MBook (Measurement Book) 
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers. 
  • Select and/or source construction materials. 
  • To co-ordinate with architectural team, Execution Team, client and contractors. 
  • Be fully aware of prevailing market rates for materials & labor. 
  • Prepare &, Monitor Budget. 
  • Prepare a Work Timeline and amendment.
  •  Knowledge of EOT Analysis Requirements: 
  •  Knowledge of Material Reconciliation, IS codes for measurements. 
  • Software pro of MS office, AutoCAD proficiency. Well versed with IS 1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and measurement for RCC and steel structure 
  •  Knowledge of Project Planning Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verification as per design. 
  • Experience in handling project planning for large projects.
