Primary Responsibilities
This role will support the Quark content migration team and policy owners in their efforts to migrate documents created in a previous platform into Quark, which is a policy management tool. The tasks include, among others:
Link to rules - Data validation and data entry Assist determining correct links/references for laws rules and regulations by comparing excel files with internal Morgan Stanley systems
Approximately 1000 links/references to laws, rules and regulations need to be manually entered into the Non-Market Risk Manuals in Quark.
Before being added, the links need to be opened and checked
Migrated content validation For each of the 84 documents migrated as current state into Quark, the content needs to be compared to a pdf of the content in its previous platform and corrected, as needed
For each of the historical versions of the documents migrated to Quark, the content needs to be compared and corrected to match the versions from the previous platform
Candidates Must Have
Skills Required (essential)
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize responsibilities and produce results
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems specifically Excel and Word
