• To Handle customer queries & concerns; Act like a hostess

• Cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant, working at the back of the house.

• Maintaining High Levels of Hospitality, Cleanliness, and Speed in all areas of Operations
• Extend a warm welcome and direct customers, if necessary, to a seat or a standing area where they can place an order
• Follow cooking instructions, safety precautions, and sanitary regulations as you prepare food with the kitchen team
• Make specialized hot and cold beverages using kitchen appliances like ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso makers
• Clear tables, return trays to the kitchen, sweep and mop floors, wash and sanitize cooking utensils, and maintain bathrooms each day to make sure the restaurant is clean
• Respond to complaints and issues from customers in a polite and professional manner in accordance with restaurant policy
