Job Description

Eligibility:

Any Graduate from the 2017-2018 batch

Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Is primarily responsible for making calls to insurance companies and resolving claims based on the information obtained.
Is responsible for bringing in efficiency to his process by identifying quicker ways to work through a claim.
Is responsible for completion of the target assigned to him.
Is responsible for optimum quality of his deliverables.
Is responsible to furnish/share any intelligence obtained on calls with his team mates and supervisors.
Is responsible to adhere and maintain SLA at all times.
Is responsible to identify and escalated any foreseen challenges/issues.

Job Specifications:

Should possess basic computer skills.
Should be fluent in spoken and written English.
Should be able to comprehend when communicating with others.
Should be punctual.
Should be able to meet deadlines provided.

Note: Candidates have to sign a service agreement of 1 Year.
