JOB PURPOSE
Conducting investigations into allegations of fraud, waste or abuse committed against our company Reviewing and researching evidence/documents to analyze the overall fact pattern of claim and synthesize data into a professional report with recommendations Preparing and coordinating field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information

Roles And Responsibilities

• Identification of both Internal and External Risks (MACT).
• Investigate all MACT cases of the region and identify contestable grounds to support exonerations.
• Sound knowledge of legal terms, statutory defences & MACT process
• Working in close co-ordination with legal team & ensuring smooth flow of cases.
• Liasoning with various authorities like Police stations, RTO’s, Criminal courts, Hospitals, Advocates etc. for effective conclusion of the case.
• Serving summons as an when required
• Review of Investigators & investigation reports.
• Technically equipped to identify documentary visible frauds Extensive Field Investigations.
• Filing of police FIR’s and nabbing the culprits
  
  

Qualifications: M.B.A/ Post Graduate

Relevant Work Experience: 3 to 5 Years
