(Team Lead)
Experience: 1+ year in Real Estate (Mandatory Experience in any channel partner in Real Estate)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000 (Negotiable based on experience) + Attractive Incentives structure
Languages: Proficiency in three languages required
Employment: Full-time (Office + On-site)
Office Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
Fixed Off: Tuesday Off / Sunday working
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on property sales, leasing, and partnerships.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to formulate effective business strategies.
Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and engaging new potential clients to expand the company's client base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase the company's properties and services.
Organize and participate in property showcases, exhibitions, and other events to promote company offerings and build relationships within the real estate community.
Conduct negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and closing deals that align with company objectives.
Provide regular reports on business development activities, market insights, and sales performance to the management team.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and economic factors that may impact the real estate market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, legal, and finance to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (Qualification is not a barrier for the right experienced candidate)
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, demonstrating a strong track record in business development and sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in at least three languages to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Familiarity with real estate market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Willingness to work from our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore and also site visit as per the demand.
