About the internship

Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on sourcing and analyzing investment properties
2. Maintaining high net worth client relationship and creating investment proposals/memorandum and financial models
3. Creating marketing proposals for the various investment opportunities available
4. Working on facilitating the transactions and conducting required property visits for investors

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 7000 per deal closed).

1. Depending upon their performance, exceptional candidates will be considered for a pre-placement offer at Reflex Realty LLP
2. Although most of the work will be from home, the intern may need to visit our corporate office once a week and attend to site visits if necessary
