JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Ø  Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

Ø  Updating knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles

Ø  Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth.

Ø  Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:-

Ø  A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.

Ø  4-5 years experience in marketing or sales.

Ø  Experience in management may be advantageous.

Ø  Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

Ø  Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Ø  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ø  Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

Ø  The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
