Gafa Cold Chain Solutions provides complete solutions for food processing, integrated cold chain projects and other renewable energy-based business. We provide management, capacity building, coordination and monitoring support services to entrepreneurs in execution of the projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
- Sales team management - Identify training requirements in Team Members and arrange periodic training. Ensure high morale level among team members and take necessary actions to maintain the same
- Planning and oversight of advertising and promotional activities including trade shows and conferences, print, online, electronic media and direct mail.
- Ensure coordination and clear communications among the key stakeholders throughout the course of the campaign, including reviews and approvals at agreed-to milestones, as well as post-campaign performance analysis
- Responsible for relationship strategy with brokers, retailers. Evaluate effectiveness of existing sourcing channels and ensure expansion of sourcing channels in local market.
- Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
- Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
Preffered Candidates :
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
