EDUCATION: Graduate from a reputed institute. Preference will be given to candidates with Diploma or Degree in Marketing and/or Mass Communications
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of experience in real estate and/or allied functions in service industry. The
work function or background should be in marketing, customer service or operations roles.
WORK-LOCATION:
Koregaon Park, Pune
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
This position will be responsible for marketing, lead-generation and database management activities for the real estate division. This position will require 80% desk job and 20% field working. The profile
will involve the following:
Manage relations with existing partners (builders, property investors, clients & realtors)
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, email campaigns, broker networks,
tele-calling & digital media.
Advertise property availability through property portals like Magicbricks & 99acres.
Travel to property sites for property survey, gaining better understanding of the property,
taking photographs and discussing the landlord / seller’s expectations.
Generate & qualify leads and thereafter forward them to the transaction team.
Store / update all real estate data in CRM / Case Management software.
Offer basic advice on market trends to prospect clients.
Provide administrative assistance to the real estate transaction team.
Coordinate property registrations.
PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS
Good communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills
Disciplined, punctual, mature & good team player
Proven track record in lead generation for service / consulting industry
Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Good knowledge of residential clusters and premium properties will be a big plus
Candidate must own a two/four-wheeler and be currently based in Pune
