Brokering property deals with potential customer. Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients Understanding the Customer needs and Showing Properties
  • Follow Up With clients for payments & meetings
  • Lead Generation & setting up meetings with potential clients
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Database management related to Clients and Properties
  • Maintaining 100% occupancy and achieving sales targets
  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization
  • Kind of spaces to go after, how to reach out to owners/ brokers, pitch strategy, business terms etc
  • Build a strong network of potential Customer
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
