Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide a warm, friendly, and professional greeting to all those who enter the office
2. Work as the first and last point of contact for our guests
3. Act like a gatekeeper maintaining guest register as required following company policy
4. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
5. Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
6. Operate standard office equipment i.e., a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
7. Handle incoming and outgoing documents and parcels
8. Maintain the general office filing system
9. Update staff list and contact details regularly
10. Order office supplies and monitors stock inventory for the facility
11. Assist in meeting room allocations and ensuring the rooms are well presented for all meetings and that the required room setup is prepared on time
12. Work on reporting maintenance issues to the facility management contractor and handle the follow-up
13. Occasionally, assist with planning and organizing catering, travel, and accommodations, and prepare POs for vendors
