Job Description
Responsibilities Managing patients coming in;
Scheduling appointments, managing client details like no. of visits, Ensuring On time sessions, Accounts, Patient/client counselling, Overall manager of the clinic. Must manage the clinic, attend to patients at the reception, receive calls and make phone calls to patients, write emails for clinic. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
COORDINATION with the doctors & Clients
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; EXCEL, MS OFFICE
Post Graduate desired
Work experience in Patient care preferred
