Patna admission office is currently seeking an Receptionist cum Counsellor, interested can contact or can share the profiles.

Role and Responsibilities :-
1. Handling the front desk and the reception area
2. To be the first point of contact in the premises for parents , students, alumni and others.
3. During admission cycle from Apr to Nov depending on respective state priority to be given for follow up, counselling of parents and conversion of enquiries to admissions over all other things.
4. Handling phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the brand.
5. Managing the telephone message system / Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
6. Greeting the visitors & Guest to the school in a pleasant manner. Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
7. Proactively responding to the Enquiries for the purpose of referrals and directions as required.
8. Forwarding requests for information and messages to the appropriate individuals / Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
9. To contact parents/ guardians for communicating messages of emergency.
10. Maintaining, sorting and distributing letters/couriers/post
11. To provide admission kits to the students/parents & guardians.
12. To work on the leads that are captured in CRM (Customer Relationship Management system)and successfully counsel the prospective parent / guardian to take admission.
13. Generate reports from CRM and discuss the same with Program Director every fortnight during the admission period.
14. To maintain record of admission kits/ brochures provided and pass on the same to Program Director and management authorities as per instruction.
15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
16. To Assist the Admin. office when required and as instructed by Authorities.
17. Providing Student pupil and staff attendance report
18. Receiving and sorting incoming mail for delivery to appropriate staff.
19. Customer handling and management.
20. Good interpersonal skills and handling-Documentation: - Photocopying, scanning, and filing document.
21. Good oral and written communication skills.
22. Ability to work in tight timelines.
