Job Description
Should be able to fix appointments and assist chair side, follow sterilisation and disinfection protocols in clinic.
Should be able to manage all non clinical work in dental hospital.
Sterilising and preparing dental tools for appointments.
Greeting patients and updating patient records.
Answering enquiries and scheduling appointments.
Assisting with dental x-rays.
Performing basic safety and hygiene procedures before treatments.
Organising and updating equipment inventory.
Maintain the dental clinic’s budget, general ledger and accounting systems
Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims
Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance
Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support when asked
