Job Description

Receptionist cum digital marketing job. Handling clients, attending calls and social media promotion etc. We are looking for female candidate only for Pune area especially Undri, Pisoli, Kondhwa , Handewadi location.

Responsibilities:
Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested
Serve as the face of the company 
Provide visitors with an appropriate answer for all their inquiries.
Daily posting and stories in social media to generate sales
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Handle filing and data entry as requested 
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing & photocopying

Skills:
Excellent knowledge of Google sheets, Google analytics, excel, words
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing ideas on SEO
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word & Excel
Good Looking and Smart
Fluency in English Language
Pleasing Personality
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
Good Communication Skills
