1. Only apply if Telemarketing Experience: 2-5 Years. Freshers are considered for Training.
2. Calling patients (at least 300 calls/day).
3. Make sure 90-95% of patients make appointment & followup regularly.
4. Patient Tele-counselling, Answering customer information about Hospital Service &
Explaining Hospital Services and Diagnostic centre.
5. Obtaining customer information such as name, address mob no and fix an appointment.
6. Handling Reception Area at Head Office and attending Calls.
7. Maintaining patient records.
8. Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi (both written & verbal communication).
9. The candidate shall be well versed in MS Office and Email.
10. Good English typing and Letter Drafting skills & Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
