  • Supervise administrative staff to ensure performance. 
  • Manage agendas/ appointments/ travel arrangements etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.) 
  • Support budgeting and book keeping procedures. 
  • Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data. 
  • Proven experience as an office assistant and administrator or relevant role. 
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software systems (ERP)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantages. 
  • Small marketing activities in supervision
