Job Descriptions: Front Desk Receptionist to Respectfully greet your seniors &clients as they walk into the office. You will also be responsible for other administrative duties, such as answering phones and emails, filing and scanning important documents, and scheduling and documenting calendar events for members of the office and update of attendance on daily-to-daily basis. Strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organization for smooth work for everyone around. You also need to be proficient with the update via email or WhatsApp.

Front Desk Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:

 Greet with a smile your seniors & guests as they arrive

 Answer phone calls and emails from clients or colleagues

 Maintain calendars for the office and your co-workers

 Maintain attendance inventory and share to HR department without fail

 File important documents and keep them well organized Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running

 Maintain all office related things which required toothers employee
 As you are admin your responsibility to maintain everything which require there also you are responsible if anything goes wrong there you are responsible for that

 Train office boy and housekeeping person how to do work how to behave it part of your responsibility
