Job Duties:- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Acts as a sales coordinator collating the booking application, KYC , Supporting documents from Sales Executives and help in complete the booking in the system.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Allocate the walk-ins to all sales person on a Round robin basis
- Maintains walk-in data following procedures; monitoring logbook; responding to basic queries .
- Maintains telecommunication system by communicating constantly as per Sales Head instructions
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
