Job Duties:

Handles Front Office Reception activities
Counselling clients/trainees over the telephone or by e-mail in a polite but effective manner about training courses.
Communicating with prospects, follow-up on sales leads, handling customer queries.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
