Job Description

  • Attending walkin’s with zest and conversion of the enquiry 
  • Maintain the standard operation process of attending walkin’s as inducted in training:Steps:
  • Greeting the customer ( coming outside the front desk )
  • Understanding customer requirement ( fitness goal & medical history )Club tour
  • Price presentation
  • Sales closure
  • Excelling in customer service and member retention.Regular PR calls , assigning trainers etc.
  • Membership details & database maintaining.
  • Updating Photos, email ID , address , emergency contact etc.Membership details*
  • Taking care of the club maintaining hygiene .
  • Taking care of administration. Etc.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: ₹12,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
