Key responsibilities include:
- Handling front office activities.
- Attending inbound calls of prospects, job seekers and client queries. - Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member/ department on a timely basis
- Attend candidate who comes for interviews and assist them in filling their forms and align them in the process.
- Assisting the HR team in follow-ups & related processes.
- Coordination for the interview process.
- Office Administration, inventory & vendor management
- Event coordination, both internally and externally - Receiving and dispatching deliveries - Assisting with mails as required
