Job Description:

• Handling Board activities (EPABX system) : Receiving & Transferring incoming calls and Fax on behalf of all departments & Coordinating with FOE at Manufacturing unit.
• Maintenance of the incoming and outgoing couriers and records
• Keeping track and recording all the incoming and outgoing calls; Preparation of outgoing and incoming call reports
• Visitors Management
• Maintain the Extension numbers, Managers Mobile numbers and update numbers in Intranet
• Ticket bookings for Domestic & International travel.
• Magazines, News papers, Florist coordination, etc,
• Coordinating for Maintenance and Housekeeping activities
• Preparing list of consumables (Stationery, Housekeeping materials, Mineral water etc.,)
• Hotel Room Reservations, Table Reservations for Lunch and Dinner
• Vehicle Arrangements by coordinating with the concerned Dept / Person.
• Organizing Meetings-Meeting room blocking via online system, Arranging refreshments, etc.,
• Organizing Welcome Board and Food Arrangements for Guests
• Preparation of Reports
• Reporting and executing day to day activities
• Check the Attendance Report of Securities & Housekeeping on a Weekly / Monthly basis.
• Vendor Management
• Canteen Management
• Uniform Management
• Regular Record Updation / Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers & Smoke detectors
• Other Admin related record Maintenance.
