Job Description :-

Operate telephone system, receive / direct / relay telephone messages and handle fax messages.
Greet visitors and employees courteously and cater for their specific requests, needs and complaints.
Arrange and assist in telephonic conference calls.
Making travel and guest arrangements, oversee attendance.
Maintenance of the reception and waiting area.
Facilitate payments of telephone and hotel bills of chairman and presidents.
To assist in managing TARA shop sales counter whenever required.
Timely payments of all utility bills.

Desirable Attributes :-

Should have good communication skills.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
