We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking female candidate to work as a Front Office Receptionist.
Job Profile includes the reception and other administrative work.
The Candidate is required to take care of day to day activities of the office.
Drafting and Checking Emails & attend phone calls.
Supervising and Administering Front office.
Strong communication skills in multiple languages (English, Telugu, and Hindi).
Maintaining a diary for appointments.
Flexible attitude towards working hours.
Maintaining confidentiality of all the activities.
Experience in MS-office (excel, word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal/written communication skills are required.
Quick learner and punctual Required
Experience:work: 2 years Required education: High school or equivalent
