Role & Responsibilities:
Role: Front Office -Executive
No.of Positions: 1
Responsibilities:
1) To check the attendance register whether employees are doing signatures in to the register or not.
2) Maintain attendance register.
3) Maintain employees out going & in coming register.
4) Water follow-up (maintain card).
5) Milk follow-up (noting down the missing days).
6) Paying bill to paper supplier.
7) Conveyance reports (downloading from spoors software).
8) Courier follow-up.
9) Maintain Courier outgoing and incoming details
10) Receiving Calls and transfer to the consider person.
11) Giving information to the particular department that consider person came for material or to meet them.
12) To maintain Pending payments Report.
Desired Experience: 0 – 2 or above also
Desired Qualification: Any Graduation
Languages: English, Telugu. (If they know Hindi that is additional advantage)
Age: 20 – 25
Gender: Female
Work Location - Hyderabad Head office.
