Job Description

Receptionist - Front Desk

Ensure that Front of House maintains its Professionalism at all times
make sure that they are presentable
takes responsibility for the Front of the House including Reception and the waiting area
Be the first point of call for all visitors
Be able to handle incoming enquires and direct calls to the relevant person
Deal appropriately with incoming and outgoing mail
Provide general administration assistance to the Clinic Manager and Administrator
Have a positive attitude
Communicate effectively by improving the Clinic’s customer service
