Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:
• Required English/Hindi Speaking Candidate Mandatory.
• Answering Phone And Explaining The Services Offered By The Company.
• Obtaining Customer Information And Other Relevant Data.
• Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Specifications.
• Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Service.
• Prepare an Excel Sheet Of All The Service Phone Calls And Send it On a Daily Basis at End Of The Day.
• Talking With Clients In A Professional Manner.
• Maintaining The Database Of The Customers On A Regular Basis.
• Suggesting Solutions Based On Customer's Needs And Requirements.
Requirement
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent
• Work Experience As A Tele Caller, Or A Similar Role
• Strong Organizational Skills.
• Exceptional Oral And Written Communication.
• Ability To Work In A Team Or Individually As And When Required.
• Ability To Manage And Handle Multiple Tasks.
• Hard-Working Individual.
• Good Time Management Abilities.
• Strong Decision-Making Skills.
