Job Description

Can Handle front desk job:Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to relevant person .
Attending customers and responding to queries.
Greeting clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate Staff Member.
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
Daily Log Reports and office Reporting ,Booking meetings
Self-motivated
Well-organised
Well-organised
Friendly and polite (manners cost nothing after all)
Efficient
Able to deal with difficult clients or customers (not everyone knows the manners rule)
