  • Handling all admin work
  • Good knowledge of Ms office, Email Drafting
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Maintain Employee data and attendance records
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
  • Will be assigned other jobs related to Data Entry and Form filling, Invoicing, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Candidate Should have good knowledge of basic computer operations
  • Candidate should have excellent knowledge of Ms Excel
  • Candidate must be willing to take up additional work and responsibilities assigned in other departmental operations as well.
