Representing the Mercedes-Benz dealership on the telephone and by means of personal welcome as the first point of contact for all visitors and business partners
Promptly greeting and addressing all visitors to the Mercedes-Benz dealership
Friendly and open approach to visitors in accordance with the Mercedes-Benz identity
Looking after customers waiting in the showroom
Answering and conducting telephone calls and connecting callers if required (switchboard) with proper etiquettes
Arranging for staff who are temporarily unavailable to call back
Ensuring prompt, priority customer care for those with problems or complaints
Recording and documenting walk-ins and tele-ins in the showroom
Introduce sales consultants to all showroom walk-in customers
Providing customers with initial information in the form of brochures if necessary in case of sales consultants are not available at the showroom
Provide basic information about Mercedes Benz, Dealership and Mercedes Benz products and services over phone to all telephone enquiries.
Proactively offer refreshments to all walk-in customers
Record tele-in and walk-in prospects information in showroom log-book and share the same with sales manager daily
Pass on all tele-in enquires to respective sales consultants with the consent of sales manager
Assisting the sales consultant to present products, services by handing over brochures, price lists, schemes etc. to sales consultants
